We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Tax team, supporting accurate, compliant tax outcomes across superannuation and wrap products.
You’ll report to the Team Leader and work closely with experienced analysts in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
If you love the detail behind investment tax outcomes, this is a role where your work shapes the accuracy of client and fund reporting.
You’ll join a team that sits at the heart of platform operations, solving complex cases, improving processes, and helping deliver EOFY outcomes at scale.
What you’ll do
Process and review tax cases including cost base adjustments and withholding
Support EOFY tax reporting and production of client tax statements
Investigate and respond to tax and technical queries
Prepare ad‑hoc and regulatory reports for stakeholders
Assist with rebate processing and system enhancements (UAT)
Contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast‑paced environment
What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in financial operations (tax experience highly regarded)
Strong understanding of investment products and tax implications
Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with complex systems
High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving and communication skills
IDPS Tax or broader financial services experience is an advantage
