The opportunity
We’re looking for an Analyst to join our newly formed Individual HIN (Holder Identification Number) Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a new, specialised service supporting private wealth and banking clients on the Netwealth platform.
You’ll be responsible for delivering timely, high‑quality outcomes while working across multiple systems, tools and databases. You’ll manage complex ASX asset administration and corporate actions, communicate clearly and effectively with advisers and internal stakeholders, and confidently balance shifting priorities—always keeping the client experience front of mind.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of Individual HIN assets, including:
Onboarding new IHIN accounts and transferring existing HINs into the service
Processing ASX trading activity, income, redemptions and corporate actions
Verifying, reconciling and importing ASX transactions
Reviewing and validating Limited Powers of Attorney (LPOA)
Meeting agreed servicing timeframes and SLAs in a fast‑paced environment
Contributing to process improvements, documentation and system enhancements
Working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a client‑centric, service‑first experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience in financial services, ideally within investment or operational environments
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline (preferred)
Strong accountability, ownership and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements and rationale to different audiences
The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
We’d love to hear from you if you also have experience with:
A brokerage or stockbroking firm
Investment operations on another platform
Prior exposure to the Netwealth platform
Understanding and confidence in AML / KYC processes
ASX asset administration, including corporate actions, trading operations or income tax components
