The Opportunity

Netwealth is strengthening its platform product capability and seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Financial Products team (this is not a Digital Product Management role). This permanent role is pivotal in managing existing platform products, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting pricing and commercial analysis during a period of growth and transition.

You’ll work closely with senior product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders across sales, marketing, IT, and risk in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, this is a unique chance to shape the future of Netwealth’s platform products.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Manage and maintain platform products (IDPS, Superannuation, Self-Managed Super Fund solutions).

  • Review and update Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and ensure compliance with DDO obligations.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and pricing comparisons to support commercial decisions.

  • Analyse large datasets using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights.

  • Support senior product managers in clustering and prioritising strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and uplift processes.

About You

You’re a proactive and resilient product professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong technical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to influence outcomes while managing multiple priorities.

  • Experienced in superannuation and investments products within the investment platform space - essential (5-7+ years).

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables); Power BI experience is required to be successful in this role

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DDO and TMD.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.

  • Resilient, curious, and solutions-focused, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
