Netwealth isn't just a company. We're shaping the future of wealth in Australia. Our award-winning platform and NextGen technology empower advisers and investors to achieve more, and we're proud to be recognised as one of Australia's most innovative FinTech businesses.
Since 1999, we've grown rapidly by challenging the status quo. We move fast, think big, and stay agile. Free from unnecessary bureaucracy so we can deliver smarter solutions for our clients and create real impact.
But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We're a team of curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.
If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth.
Our Training & Relationship Managers (TRMs) are the heartbeat of our adviser experience.
They’re the trusted partners, the problem-solvers, the ones who make our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Now, we’re looking for a Team Leader to take this to the next level.
This isn’t just about managing a team, it’s about shaping how we show up to the market!
You’ll lead, coach and elevate a group of high-performing TRMs, helping them deliver standout service, deepen adviser relationships and ultimately drive growth across the region.
You’ll sit at the intersection of leadership, strategy and relationship management, partnering closely with our Sales Leadership Group, influencing direction, and playing a key role in strengthening Netwealth’s position in the market.
And yes, you’ll still stay close to the action.
You’ll be a senior point of contact for key advisers and dealer groups, stepping in for complex conversations and building the kind of long-term partnerships Netwealth is known for.
What you'll be doing
Leading and mentoring a team of TRMs to deliver exceptional adviser support
Driving performance through clear goals, coaching, and development
Strengthening and expanding adviser and dealer group relationships
Partnering with Sales Leadership to align strategy and deliver results
Acting as a senior escalation point for complex adviser needs
Identifying market trends and opportunities to improve service and product offering
Contributing to training programs that keep our advisers (and team) ahead of the curve
Supporting business growth through strong pipeline management and client engagement
What you'll bring
Experience working with platform products or wealth management solutions
Proven leadership experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services
Strong understanding of the financial advice landscape
A track record of driving performance and building high-performing teams
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and client outcomes
RG146 compliant (or equivalent)
Nice to have
RG146 accreditation - or willing to obtain
Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
Existing knowledge of Netwealth products (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
The kind of person who thrives here
You’re a natural leader and someone who genuinely loves developing others and bringing people along for the journey.
You balance commercial thinking with relationship depth, and you’re just as comfortable talking strategy as you are jumping in to help solve a tricky client issue.
You’re:
Customer-first, always
Collaborative and generous with your knowledge
Agile and comfortable navigating change
Curious, proactive and always looking for better ways of doing things
Results-driven, but never at the expense of relationships
