Your Next Exciting Role
As a Business Development Manager – Partnerships, Instarem will play a critical role in ensuring day to day operations and assessment of channel partners. The role will enable you with an opportunity to learn and develop across functions including business, sales, and marketing. You will be supporting the partnerships manager across tasks which include, but not limited to, daily operations, campaign and project execution and data analytics. This role will continue to evolve in growth along with the core partnerships team, both in terms of remuneration and responsibility.
What would a day @Nium look like?
- Review and onboarding of new partners across various consumer and SME channels.
- Monitor and analyse channel performance and share findings and conduct autonomous reviews and investigations.
- Keep log of enquiries and provide regular progress reports to client.
- Share project and work-related matters clearly and regularly with your senior report.
- Calm and conscientiously manage high pressure situations across a range of clients with differing business needs and operating environment across the region.
- Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills with results-orientation to meet/exceed assigned financial and partner satisfaction goals.
- Identify current and emerging channels, staying proactive in knowledge development.
- Run projects to improve processes through simplification or automation.
Which Skills & Experiences will make you successful?
- 1-2 years working in channel partnerships and affiliates.
- Detail oriented and comfortable with analytics and data
- Experience in global payments or remittance organisations will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills are essential.
- Can prioritise, organize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours and in rotational shifts to support operational requirements.
