| Novatti is shaping the future of payments, and we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities across our Payment Acceptance portfolio, working with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers, building trusted partnerships that create long-term value for both our clients and Novatti. This is more than a sales role. It is about listening closely to clients, understanding their goals, and designing payment solutions that help them move faster and further. You will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to long-term partnership, playing a key role in delivering sustainable revenue growth and strengthening Novatti’s market position. While Payment Acceptance is the immediate focus, you will also build knowledge across Novatti’s broader payments ecosystem. Over time, the role will expand into areas such as card issuing, cross-border payments, and platform integrations, evolving alongside client needs and the payments landscape. What will you be doing? - Identify and secure strategic growth opportunities by analysing market trends, client needs, and revenue drivers across fintech and payment acceptance.
- Build and convert opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients, expanding Novatti’s customer portfolio.
- Develop trusted, executive-level partnerships that embed Novatti’s payment solutions into long-term client and partner strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deliver customer-led initiatives that solve real problems and anticipate future demand.
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform Novatti’s product roadmap and strengthen our value proposition.
- Represent Novatti at industry events, fintech forums, and client engagements to build influence and brand presence.
- Own the full sales cycle, managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to drive informed decisions and measurable growth.
- Champion Novatti’s brand and values in every interaction, bringing energy, accountability, and a client-first mindset.
- Expand beyond payment acceptance into issuing, cross-border payments, and platform integrations as the role evolves.
What makes you a great candidate - 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within payments or fintech
- Strong experience in mid-market sales, account growth, and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Understanding of payments operations and service delivery
- Payment Acceptance experience is highly desirable
