The Role
In your role as the Business Development Executive - MENA, you will be instrumental in driving incremental business for Pepperstone, focusing on the MENA Region. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new partners, such as Introducing Brokers (IBs), MAMM, and Trading-related Social influencers in the MENA Region. You'll be actively involved in establishing contact with potential business partners, nurturing relationships with them, and supporting clients referred by these partners.
Moreover, your role encompasses overseeing all marketing aspects of the Affiliate channel at Pepperstone, with an emphasis on the MENA Region. Your broad marketing experience will be crucial in addressing the various facets of this dynamic role. A significant aspect involves supporting Affiliate acquisition in MENA through diverse marketing channels and maintaining consistent engagement with our existing and new affiliates, as well as internal stakeholders.
Your success in this role will be measured by the revenue generated from the introduced business. Collaboration with the existing MENA sales team is essential to facilitate overall business growth. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding Pepperstone's presence in the region and contributing to the success of the MENA team.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Actively searching for potential business partners, affiliates, and social influencers through online searches, attending offline industry events, and reaching out via calls, emails, and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Lines, and WeChat.
- Gaining insights into competitors' offerings to ensure we can provide compelling deals to potential partners.
- Efficiently resolving client requests by leveraging your deep understanding of our products, platform, and internal operations.
- Maintaining a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Negotiating with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible service experience for our clients.
- Leveraging your extensive industry knowledge to cultivate new partnerships and affiliates, expand our business reach, and convert partners effectively.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for affiliates to Pepperstone, including setting up and granting access to tracking systems such as CellXpert, Impact, and AppsFlyer.
- Collaborating closely with our Affiliate Manager to evaluate the quality of partner websites and referral programs.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Assisting in the evaluation of new affiliate applications to ensure they align with our brand and compliance standards.
- Keeping our partners informed about updates to our product and service offerings.
- Contributing to the development of a localized growth strategy for partners in the MENA region in collaboration with the Global Partners Manager and the Partners team.
- Providing assistance to new partners who are in the process of referring their first client.
- Contributing insights to partner sales reporting and communicating emerging trends, key partnerships, and new opportunities to our Global Partners Manager and the wider business.
- Collaborating with the partners` team on competitive analysis, identifying industry commission levels, and exploring new program features.
About you
- More than 3 years of experience or exposure to IB/affiliate marketing in the CFD industry.
- Demonstrated collaborative ability within teams, across functions, and offices.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, as well as Arabic languages.
- Notable attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of affiliate and IB business in the CFD industry.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining B2B and broader stakeholder relationships.
- Effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and positive with a strong drive to succeed.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and development, including on-the-job training.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, capable of managing changing deadlines and working autonomously.
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader software is highly valued.
- Exceptional relationships with business partners and valuable clients.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced understanding of financial markets and trading strategy.
- Ability to manage the sales pipeline and meet multiple deadlines, including sales targets.
