The Role

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive - EMEA who shares our passion for elevating Pepperstone's brand visibility and expanding our presence in EMEA. Based in Cyprus, you will join our extraordinary Global Marketing team, known for their forward-thinking approach, innovative ideas, and outstanding accomplishments.
To thrive in this position, you'll work closely with our vibrant marketing team to craft and implement captivating marketing campaigns that engage and nurture our expanding clientele.

As our Marketing Executive - EMEA, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Contributing to the creation and execution of captivating marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (digital, print, social media, OOH).
• Working closely with our talented design team to deliver original and compelling campaigns, encompassing copy, graphics, and video production.
• Ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
• Managing the presence and social media profiles of our company across platforms such as Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Collaborating with our CRM team on captivating email marketing campaigns and engaging push notification activities to nurture leads and captivate clients.
• Supporting the optimization of website content and enhancing SEO/SEM efforts to boost online visibility and search rankings.
• Teaming up with the Performance Marketing team to optimize programmatic and direct display activities, as well as paid search efforts.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and closely monitoring competitor activities.
• Preparing regular reports on marketing metrics and presenting findings to the marketing team and senior management.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, CRM, SEO, and compliance, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Effectively communicating marketing activities and performance to the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in the creation of comprehensive event plans, timelines, and schedules, as well as the development of impactful marketing campaigns to promote events.
• Managing communication with event attendees, speakers, and sponsors to ensure all pre- and post-event communications are clear and timely.
• Performing additional tasks as required to support the marketing department.

About You

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, and having a good grasp of German and/or Italian would be advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Have a solid background of 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
• Exhibit proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing software - prior experience with these tools would be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrate your strong abilities in planning and managing time effectively.
• Have a proven track record in project management, displaying your expertise in this area.
• A remarkable talent for teamwork and collaboration
• An exceptional ability to think proactively and tackle problems with finesse
• A knack for thriving in dynamic and high-pressure environments
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and advancing professional skills
