We are in search of a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive who shares our passion for elevating Pepperstone's brand visibility and expanding our presence in EMEA. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, you will join our extraordinary Global Marketing team, known for their forward-thinking approach, innovative ideas, and outstanding accomplishments.
To thrive in this position, you'll work closely with our vibrant marketing team to craft and implement captivating marketing campaigns that engage and nurture our expanding clientele.
As our Marketing Executive - EMEA, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, OOH) while ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Digital Marketing Support: Help manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, collaborate on email marketing campaigns, and support SEO/SEM efforts to enhance online visibility.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitors, preparing reports on key metrics and presenting findings to the marketing team and senior management.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, CRM, SEO, compliance) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives, while communicating marketing activities to internal stakeholders.
- Event Support: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing marketing campaigns for events, ensuring clear and timely communication with attendees, speakers, and sponsors, both before and after the event.
- Ad-hoc Marketing Duties: Support the marketing department with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, ensuring the smooth execution of various projects and initiatives.
About You
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing processes.
- A deep passion for creating customer-focused strategies and enhancing customer experiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing
- Good written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and clarity.software (preferred).
- Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle various projects effectively.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- A natural team player, working well with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.
- A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing creative, practical solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and thriving under pressure.
