The Role

As our Premium Account Manager, you will focus on retaining and expanding our relationship with Pepperstone’s most valuable clients, those whose business generates substantial revenue and maintains consistent trading volumes. This position primarily involves phone communication and is responsible for proactively fostering relationships to advocate for Pepperstone. Additionally, the role includes providing general advice on financial markets as well as engaging in discussions about trading strategies, risk management, and significant market events.

For the Premium Account Manager, the key responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships through various channels with Pepperstone’s Premium Client Group to impact their longevity at volume thresholds.
  • Using own industry sources and various external channels to build strong relationships and seek more referrals and funding
  • Consistently securing premium clients by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge and personal focus over the competition.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Actively contributing to the premium team and assisting in helping others in the team develop.
  • Maintaining client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities.
  • Assisting in planning and executing client events with as required.
  • Collaborating with key internal departments, particularly marketing, operations, risk, and development teams to gain support for projects and deliver needed support.

About you:

  • +3 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry
  • Amazing relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong numerical aptitude; comfortable engaging with data and figures
  • Embodying the core values of Pepperstone
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Ability to travel throughout LATAM (and overseas ad hoc) as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader platforms
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Background in financial investments
