The Relationship Manager works closely with our Senior Account Manager and our State Manager (NSW) to support growth in our NSW territory. You will be working across both our existing customer portfolio to deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities for repeat borrowing, as well as supporting new customer acquisition.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through the delivery of exceptional customer service Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for repeat borrowing within our existing portfolio Become a trusted advisor to customers and prospects; consulting with them to identify borrowing needs that support their business goals and discuss different lending scenarios Complete preliminary due diligence (training provided) Deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing, policy and procedures Follow sales and application document collection processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential Demonstrated Relationship Management experience in a professional service setting Previous experience in financial services (ideally lending) Direct experience in B2B account management/customer acquisition Experience working with a comprehensive CRM tool (preferable Salesforce) Desirable Knowledge and experience with the R&D tax incentive Credit assessment and experience with due diligence processes will be highly regarded Experience working as part of a national team
