Supporting senior executives and the CEO on key company initiatives. Operating principals are hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.

• Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
• Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
• Leading and executing key company initiatives

What you'll need

• A degree from a top-tier university
• A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas
• A STEM or another highly quantitative degree
• Previous experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, fast growing technology company
• Experience working abroad or as an expat
