About The Role

We’re looking for the brightest marketing rising stars to join our Graduates Pathway as Marketing Managers 🎓

If Revolut is a rocket ship — and we like to think it is — marketing is what propels us past the competition in the eyes of our customers.

The Graduates Pathway is a supported, full-time career pathway that involves 2 placements, each lasting 9–15 months. You’ll start your journey regionally focused, gaining exposure to diverse marketing campaigns and contributing to adapting them to local markets. Next, you’ll collaborate alongside industry leaders during a channel-focused placement to develop cutting-edge marketing strategies.

After your 2-year placement, you’ll have a permanent home in either a regional or channel-focused team, determined by your performance, preferences, and feedback from mentors. Exceptional candidates can be promoted in as early as 12 months after successfully completing the probationary period.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with various teams and exploring diverse areas within marketing, branding, media buying, events, and partnerships
• Enhancing your strategic thinking skills by assisting in the development of growth strategies
• Sharpening your analytical skills by gathering and analysing data to influence key growth decisions
• Staying ahead in the field by working on the latest industry trends
• Working closely with local marketers and contributing to tailored marketing efforts to grasp nuances of localisation and adapt global strategies to local markets
• Gaining insights into performance measurement by learning how to monitor and interpret KPIs
• Improving your planning abilities by creating comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives
  
  

What You'll Need

• A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country
• A graduate degree from a top university
• Prior evidence of pursued interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
• Solid project management skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Creative storytelling skills
• A keen interest in developing data and analytical skills
  
  

Nice to have

• Previous internship in a well-known selective non-tech company, such as a tier-1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or investment bank/private equity firm
• A school/university Olympiad medal in competition for physics, maths, programming, etc.
• Knowledge of the retail banking industry (e.g. via consulting)
