About the role
The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. Put simply, we come to work to create a fantastic experience that our people love and that starts from the very first point we connect with our new joiners.
We're looking for a People Experience Specialist to ensure that our people are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. Someone who'll work with our global team to help build and maintain a world-class employee experience for all Revoluters. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do the same.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting People Experience team to deliver KPIs
- Working with the Senior Management team within People Experience to build out processes and procedures to improve employee satisfaction
- Working on team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
- Managing the end to end process for the recognition programme
- Auditing regularly the recognition programme
- Creating solutions to enhance user experience
- Implementing cost reduction ideas
- Liaising with external vendors, with local people experience teams worldwide to ensure speedy delivery of services
- Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
- Assisting with coordination and delivery of global onboarding
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across different personality types and departments
- Passion for company culture and employee engagement
- Track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex social dynamics among employees
- Ability to see the ‘big picture’ of how people and culture fit into the company’s overall business strategy and goals
- Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
- Joy of helping others
- Ability to explain complex things very easily
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Previous experience using Jira is considered a strong Plus
- Start-up / Tech Industry / Financial Services experience
- CIPD Qualification
- Experience in a MNC / international team
- Working knowledge of local employment law and HR Practices
