What you’ll be doing
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
- Overseeing the 1st line of defence functions of the Irish branch on a day-to-day basis
- Providing adequate oversight and accountability with respect to outsourced functions of the branch
- Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams in London and our global offices, including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.
- Monitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and resolution timelines, liaising with the relevant owners as needed
- Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
- Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
What you'll need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- To enjoy working with data
- A natural curiosity and willingness to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
Nice to have
- Experience working with regulators in the Irish market
