About the role
The Credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk and portfolio management solutions. It's a big job, but our people are a credit to us all ✨
The Collateral Manager is responsible for developing and monitoring the valuation framework to support Revolut Mortgages. Working as an integral part of the Retail Credit team, you'll be responsible for the establishment and oversight of the Bank’s Panel of Valuers, undertaking independent valuations, and creating statistical models and collateral management systems.

What you’ll be doing
- Creating internal polices, procedures, and frameworks for valuation, revaluation, and monitoring of immovable property collateral
- Managing the panel of external valuers, building quality monitoring processes, and establishing policies
- Providing input for internal statistical collateral revaluation models
- Undertaking independent valuations for secured lending purposes
- Helping to build and scale global collateral management systems
- Conducting periodic risk assessments of the bank’s collateral portfolio to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies for risk mitigation
What you'll need
- Experience in property collateral, preferably in a bank or large financial institution
- Experience in secured lending
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,700 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
