We're looking for a highly motivated Treasury Manager to join our Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team at our European Bank.
The ALM function forms part of the European Treasury department and plays a crucial role in informing hedging decisions for Foreign Exchange (FX), running the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) process, ensuring safeguarding processes are in place, developing and enhancing ALM frameworks, and providing key input on regulatory processes.

What you’ll be doing
- Designing and implementing frameworks for ALM and liquidity management
- Drafting and maintaining governance policies, documentation, and methodologies
- Leading or contributing to strategic initiatives within the ALM function
- Overseeing safeguarding processes, particularly related to Stablecoin operations
- Ensuring regulatory compliance within treasury and ALM functions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Product teams
What you'll need
- Solid knowledge of technical treasury skills, especially in ALM and liquidity management
- Expertise in interest rate, FX, and credit risk measurement
- Experience in a regulated European bank, preferably one under ECB oversight
- Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
Nice to have
- Experience drafting documentation in a regulatory context
- SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Familiarity with MiCA (Markets in Crypto Assets) regulations
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,200 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
