About the role

Product Marketing is what propels us past the competition in the eyes of our customers. Working with Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and just about any other team you can think of, our world-class Product Marketers help develop jaw-dropping features, then show off how beneficial they're to millions of people through top-notch campaigns.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies for our Private Bank business line, focusing on HNW Individuals globally.Private Bank is one of the highest priorities among all new business verticals at Revolut that we expect to truly disrupt the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new private banking products and services
  • Targeting high-net-worth individuals globally with tailored marketing initiatives
  • Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify key customer segments and opportunities within the private banking landscape
  • Collaborating with product, operations and client relationship teams to define product roadmaps and support launches
  • Creating sales enablement materials to ensure successful go-to-market execution
  • Driving new client acquisition through digital campaigns, exclusive events and strategic partnerships
  • Building a bespoke marketing approach tailored to the private banking offering
  • Leveraging internal data and client feedback to inform product development
  • Enhancing the client experience based on insights and usage patterns
  • Ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of sophisticated financial customers

What you'll need

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
  • A deep understanding of and interest in Revolut’s product ecosystem
  • Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or the payments industry
  • Experience leading strategic direction for go-to-market initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to generate original and impactful marketing ideas
  • The ability to set the standard for creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity
  • A solid track record in consumer marketing across various industries
  • Understanding of key marketing channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in dynamic environments
  • An exceptional eye for detail and quality

Nice to have

  • Experience in private banking or wealth management environments
