About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team. You'll lead the review and approval of product launches, support global expansion, and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing a process for tax review, approval of product launches, and expansion initiatives in Argentina, ensuring compliance at every step
• Driving tax governance and efficiency across the organisation
• Providing accurate tax advice to key stakeholders, including operational tax advice on withholding, reporting on payouts, etc.
• Implementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworks
• Reviewing local tax submissions, ensuring on-time filing
• Liaising with external advisors and internal financial controllers
• Supporting global statutory and consolidated income tax provisions under IFRS and IAS 102
• Drafting tax disclosures for financial statements, including impacts to cash flow, equity, income, and non-income taxes

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience as a qualified tax professional in a large bank
• A professional tax qualification, such as ACA, CA, LL.M, CTA, ADIT, or similar
• Extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growing international organisation
• A proactive, motivated mindset with a focus on delivery
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively
• Experience in a top-tier retail banking or fintech environment
