About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Tax Manager to lead the review and approval of product launches. You'll also support global expansion and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing a process for tax review, approval of product launches, and expansion initiatives in the UAE, ensuring compliance at every step
• Identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, and mitigating where possible
• Managing provision of accurate tax advice to key stakeholders and tax governance across the organisation
• Building relationships with the various functional business heads, overseas offices, global tax team, and professional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues
• Implementing and managing the transfer pricing policy and methodology for Revolut UAE, including local file documentation
• Drafting tax disclosures for financial statements, including impacts to cash flow, equity, income, and non-income taxes

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a qualified tax professional
• Extensive technical knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, and Transfer pricing
• A structural and logical approach to solving problems
• Impressive analytical skills
• Great people-management skills
• Experience advising on taxes to launch new products and features
• Experience communicating with relevant tax authorities
