About the role

Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Security Leader to receive classified information requests from government authorities in Hungary. This is a specialised role with clear data handling responsibilities under Hungarian national security law. You’ll oversee all personnel, physical, administrative, and electronic security requirements related to classified information, while building the processes and managing the team needed for compliant operations.

What you'll be doing

• Leading classified-information handling processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Overseeing personnel, physical, administrative, and electronic security measures related to classified information
• Conducting annual compliance checks of classified-information handling
• Preparing and submitting all required annual reports to the relevant authorities
• Managing TÜK agents (classified-information handlers) responsible for handling and responding to classified information requests
• Acting as the designated contact person towards relevant state bodies and agencies
• Leading bereavement agents, supporting inheritance-related processes
• Managing the daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectations
• Overseeing the management of physical and digital documents (especially incoming communications that aren't automatically categorised)
• Managing the local physical office environment, with support from the Facilities team

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1) and Hungarian
• A university or college degree
• 1+ years of experience in classified information management in Hungary
• Familiarity with Hungarian classified information regulations and National Security Authority (NBF) processes
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of agents
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• To be someone who demonstrates sound judgement
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Nice to have

• To have completed the TÜK exam
• A personal security certificate (PSC) in Hungary, or prior national security vetting
• Experience interacting with national security authorities, including Hungary’s NBF
• Experience setting up processes for classified information handling at a new organisation in Hungary

Compensation range

• Vilnius: €2,700 - €4,100 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €2,700 - €4,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
