About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We're looking for a Subject Matter Expert with a deep understanding of customer support operations and local products. You’ll play a key role in bridging product knowledge with exceptional service delivery.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for maintaining internal knowledge, driving communication, and collaborating across multiple teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing monthly revenue reporting and invoicing workflows for all Shops merchants
  • Ensuring data integrity by reconciling revenue across internal finance and product systems
  • Executing the issuance of accurate invoices based on specific merchant commercial terms
  • Distributing comprehensive transaction reports to provide merchants with clear financial insights
  • Leading communication as the main point of contact for billing and payment inquiries
  • Handling the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies or merchant disputes
  • Maintaining a pulse on payment status and following up on any overdue accounts
  • Leveraging SQL and data tools to analyse transaction sets and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Driving process improvements for invoicing, workflows, documentation, and team training
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Finance to solve root causes and improve outcomes

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a product-focused or fintech environment
  • A solid understanding of support tools and documentation platforms, such as Confluence and Zendesk
  • Impressive analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • The ability to manage multiple merchants, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B or merchant-facing environments (e.g., ecommerce, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces)
  • Expertise in invoicing, payments, or collections workflows

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN8,300 - PLN8,700 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN8,300 - PLN8,700 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
