What you’ll be doing

• Building and optimising operational processes to support hyper-growth in Revolut Japan
• Executing and scaling operations in Japan in coordination with local and global teams
• Devising operational playbooks and managing product integrations
• Coordinating execution of Revolut Japan products with cross-functional teams
• Defining project priorities and setting timelines to achieve team goals
• Identifying and proposing new product features to enhance customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, internal strategy, or product launches
• Fluency in English
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
• Proficiency in working autonomously with data using tools, such as SQL, Python, or Excel
• Demonstrated capacity to build compelling business cases and align stakeholders to drive execution
• An interest in the financial industry and contributing to meaningful product or strategy initiatives
