About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert with experience in financial investigations to lead complex KYC cases. You'll manage risks and make independent decisions on case resolutions, in addition to assisting with process optimisation and procedures updates.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing risk assessment of complex financial crime cases, such as money laundering, fraud, TF, etc.
• Providing expertise on high-risk cases escalated from the business
• Enhancing analytical and investigative functions within a FinCrime team
• Ensuring alignment of procedures with external regulations and internal policies
• Providing high-quality and timely independent advice on FinCrime risks
• Working closely with team leads to achieve department goals
• Cooperating with vendor partners
• Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes and reduce volumes

What you'll need

• Experience performing financial investigations, preferably in a large financial institution, government, or law enforcement agency
• Expertise in AML/CTF governance, regulatory control frameworks, and best practices
• Knowledge of risk indicators related to money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
• The ability to manage multiple cases, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
• Great analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Fluency in English

• SQL skills

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN8,300 - PLN12,000 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €2,200 - €3,300 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
