Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Collections Operations Coordinator to support our Collections team in delivering smooth, accurate and efficient operations. In this role, you'll own key administrative and process driven tasks that keep our workflows moving, freeing up the broader team to focus on core collections activities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, has a sharp eye for detail and thrives by suggesting improvements, automating repetitive tasks and driving team efficiency with initiative.


What You’ll Do:

  • Send customer notices as part of routine collections processes
  • Respond promptly to requests and queries from the Collections inbox
  • Maintain and update customer credit files with precision
  • Prepare statements of account and payout letters
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers to support compliance and smooth operations
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying, managing, and automating manual and repetitive tasks that drive team efficiency

Qualifications

What You’ll Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with routine, process driven tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solution oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different locations
