About the roleSitting within the Compliance and Fraud Department and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that fraud prevention and compliance stay airtight. You’ll be tackling a wide range of tasks, from investigating fraudulent transactions to reconciling payments and reviewing new billers. No two days are the same at Sniip, and if you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, this might be the perfect fit!What you’ll do- Manage Sniip’s daily fraud management protocol, including KYB for businesses our customers wish to pay- Identify fraudulent transactions and complete investigations in a timely manner- Monitor the fraud portal and respond to queries- Implement new fraud controls and conduct trend analysis- Reconcile payments from banking partners and review new billers for restricted industries- Review KYC documentation and manage suspended transactions- Assist in the detection of fraudulent or duplicate accounts- Handle customer refunds and manage compliance updates for all Sniip policies and procedures- Provide lunch cover for customer phone and email enquiriesSkills required- Strong attention to detail with great problem-solving skills- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organisational and time management skills- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems- Experience in the payments or banking industry (highly desirable)About the appSniip is a mobile bill payments app available on iOS and Android.
