The Role

As a Senior Product Manager on Square’s International product team, you will be responsible for defining multi-year product strategy for your market, coordinating and executing projects, and optimizing the experience for sellers in the UK. Our approach at Square is both customer-focused and data-driven. You will need to dig in to deeply understand our customers and their needs, define and analyze data, and guide our world-class team to move fast and ship remarkable solutions.

You Will

• Define Square product strategy for the UK and Europe, that is cohesive with Square’s overall global strategy/direction, and optimize our customers' experience using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate rationale and data behind decisions
• Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and guide our world-class team to ship remarkable solutions
• Identify opportunities for Square and our customers, propose and evaluate initiatives that will be most impactful, promote them across the organization, and execute these initiatives from ideation through release.
• Expertly and openly collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders throughout Square
• In collaboration with engineering, marketing, and analytics partners, lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch
• Serve as the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization
• Influence key stakeholders throughout Square to align intent, resources, and prioritization
