The role
We are seeking a full-time, entrepreneurial-minded all-rounder for our global energy-focussed startup accelerator programs, who will be part of our growing team in Singapore and work alongside our team of internationally accredited professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on global energy-tech startup accelerators with internationally renowned corporate partners, engaging with project teams around the world to build a thriving community.
The Community and Project Coordinator is responsible for working with our global team to keep its community (startups, mentors, corporate leaders and more) engaged and informed through running events, content creation and more. With large ambitions for our global community initiatives, there are a number of projects on the agenda, and this professional is responsible for keeping track of all initiatives, keeping to timelines and ensuring we deliver (and exceed) the plan.

Your Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the following:
Project Management:
- Develop and manage a project tracker document for all global initiatives
- Drive delivery of initiatives through keeping the team accountable and on top of deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date KPI data across programmes and assist in developing reports.
- Oversee software development on our technology platforms and manage addition of new features and updates.
Community Building:
- Organise global workshops and masterclasses for the alumni and mentor communities
- Administer and manage the digital community platform (become the product expert for helping individual programme teams to use the platform and maintain the knowledge base)
- Build a library of newsworthy stories and facilitate sharing across the global networks (eg. blogs and multimedia content)
Alumni Management:
- Maintain tracker database of alumni updates
- Own the official onboarding process for alumni
- Manage and promote tech deals, events, and opportunities to the alumni as a part of the alumni programme
- Development of Alumni Update reports
- Create case studies of alumni success stories.
Supporting other projects and programmes as required.

Your Background and Experience:
Minimum 2 years professional work experience covering:
- Innovation and/or entrepreneurship work experience with an understanding of early stage startups on how they think, work, and problems they encounter.
- Project management experience, including creating and managing project planners, assigning and delegating tasks and keeping track of timelines.
- Managing senior stakeholders and/or client communications on project status, timelines and deliverables.
- Confidence with Google suite (Gmail, Calendar and Google Docs).
Note that the selected candidate is required to be Singapore citizen or PR as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
