Your mission
As Hub Coordinator, you'll create exceptional experiences for our residents, clients, staff and visitors in our hub. You’ll collaborate with innovative teams, support community events, and be the face of our innovation community.
Role description
Reporting to the Hub Operations Manager, South Australia, you will actively work with the local Operations, Events and Community Managers across multiple areas, and will provide the first line of support for a range of requests from our residents and team members.
In this start-up environment, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills in diverse ways.
We embrace agility and a hands-on approach to accomplish tasks. Your daily responsibilities will primarily revolve around the following:
🔍 Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Be the driving force behind unforgettable experiences for our residents, clients, and visitors. Ensure every interaction is transparent, user-friendly, and fosters trust within our innovation community.
🏠 Be the house star: Welcome new residents and guide visitors with warmth and expertise. Help them explore our cutting-edge facilities and unleash their full potential.
🔧 Ensure smooth operations: Master technology and AV equipment management, promptly addressing any customer issues. Keep our innovative space running like a well-oiled machine. Conduct regular inventory checks, order consumables, and supplies. Your attention here ensures we’re always stocked and ready to meet the hub's needs.
💡 Innovate community rituals: Put your creative touch on our community rituals and events. From setup to logistics, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting memorable moments.
🤝 Collaborate and innovate: Work hand in hand with our passionate Operations, Events, and Community teams. Together, our team create seamless resident journeys and curate events that leave a lasting impact on all participants.
About you
🧑 Experience working in office management, hospitality or front-line customer service
🧐 Comfort in owning and autonomously executing detail-oriented tasks
🗣️ Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with residents, staff, government and external stakeholders
❤️ Demonstrate an inclusive and welcoming communication style
⚖️ Possess good judgement, professionalism, and resilience in the face of ambiguity
