Senior Partnership Manager - FX/CFD

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role responsible for managing and growing our existing partner book, onboarding new partners, and building a small team of Partner Relationship Managers. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Senior Partnership Manager will be the primary point of contact for unassigned partners, drive partner retention and lifetime value, and ensure every partner receives a high standard of service and support.

You are a commercially aware relationship builder with experience in FX/CFD partnership or account management. You are hungry for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, comfortable managing a pipeline of partner relationships directly, and ready to step up into a leadership role where you can build and develop your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Retention & Lifetime Value

  • Proactively reach out to and manage the unassigned partner book – partners not currently covered by a dedicated salesperson.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing partners, identifying growth opportunities and acting to retain and extend partner lifetime value.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement campaigns with existing partners to maintain activity levels and deepen commitment.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address inactivity, churn risk, or unmet needs before they become problems.

Partner Onboarding & Enquiries

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new partners – from initial enquiry through to full activation and first trade.
  • Handle and triage inbound partner enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring no lead or request falls through the cracks.
  • Assigning a new partner leads to the appropriate regional team member or office based on geography, language, and partner profile.
  • Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline data in the CRM, ensuring full visibility for senior management at all times.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Recruit, onboard, and line-manage a team of Partner Relationship Managers, providing clear direction, regular 1:1s, and ongoing coaching.
  • Set, monitor, and manage team KPIs, holding direct reports accountable to activity targets, partner satisfaction scores, and revenue outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business updates to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the professional development and growth of team members, identifying training needs and creating pathways for progression.

Marketing & Partner Support

  • Work with partners to develop and allocate co-marketing budgets, ensuring spend is aligned to growth objectives and brand standards.
  • Source, produce, or adapt marketing collateral to support partner campaigns, onboarding materials, and promotional initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between partners and the internal marketing team, coordinating on campaigns, brand initiatives, and new product launches.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Provide structured, ongoing feedback to the product team on partner portal improvements based on direct partner usage, pain points, and feature requests.
  • Liaise with compliance and operations teams to manage partner offboarding or terminations in line with regulatory requirements and internal policy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Finance, and Marketing as needed to support partner-related initiatives, escalations, and ad-hoc queries.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or B2B relationship roles – ideally within CFD, FX, or broader financial services.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; candidates with equivalent professional experience in FX/CFD or financial services will also be considered
  • Proficiency with CRM tools , familiarity with MT4/MT5 and affiliate platforms such as Etrass or CellXpert is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with direct partner outreach, calls, and presenting updates to senior management.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow a book of partner or client relationships, with a track record of delivering measurable revenue or activation outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of how IB and partner programs generate revenue in FX/CFD markets.
  • Self-starter who can manage a high volume of relationships independently, prioritise effectively, and thrive without heavy oversight.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring others is advantageous; you do not need to have led a large team, but you must be ready to step into that responsibility.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or another regional language (Mandarin, Malay, Spanish) is a strong advantage given the global partner network.
