As they scale, they’re seeking a dynamic GTM Lead to drive innovative growth marketing initiatives to forge strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers and property management platforms.
The Role
You’ll be at the forefront of growth strategy. You’ll design and execute the Go To Market strategy, identifying, engaging and nurturing commercial partnerships with key real estate agencies and property management platforms, to unlock new distribution channels. Your goal will be to drive adoption of their product. A key part of your remit will be amplify brand awareness and generate leads across all media, including socials, online advertising, partnerships and events.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Channel Growth
- Identify, approach, and secure new commercial partnerships with leading real estate agencies and rental/property management platforms.
- Help in negotiating partnership agreements that align with business goals.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners to expand distribution footprint.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial relationship.
Growth Marketing
- Develop and implement content strategies that position Our Client as a thought leader in property innovation.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including online advertising, social media, and partnerships.
- Attend events (webinars, industry meetups, partner activations) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage email marketing and newsletters to nurture leads, keep partners informed, and engage prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, case studies, and partner success stories.
- Harness technology and AI tools to scale rapidly and improve processes.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform partnership and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact from partnerships and campaigns.
- Set and monitor KPIs for partnership performance and marketing effectiveness, reporting regularly to leadership.
About You
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a managing multiple partnerships, business development, or growth marketing roles — within real estate, proptech, housing development or RE Brokerage.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and managing commercial partnerships in the real estate industry.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing content strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and/or event marketing.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Data-driven and comfortable working towards ambitious growth targets.
- Passion for innovation and making a tangible impact in the property sector.
