THE ROLE - TECHNICAL WRITER

The technical writer will be responsible for writing and updating internal manuals that dictate how the rest of the company’s staff should complete their roles. Producing high-quality technical content that helps our clients and internal teams understand and use our services/products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining product documentation and manuals for regech products and services
• Translating complex technical information into clear content
• Editing and proofreading technical materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency
• Ensuring all documentation complies with industry standards and guidelines and is accurate, up-to-date and easy to understand
• Staying informed about advancements in regtech technologies, products and industry trends
• Participating in product development meetings to stay informed about new features and updates
• Assisting in the creation of training materials and presentations for internal and external use
• Monitor and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve documentation quality

Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing, preferably with finance industry
• Experience with technical documentation tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, or a related field
