Your Role - Championing and driving organisation success

The Chief Operating Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and management team, spearheading operational excellence, and optimising company-wide processes and systems to drive exceptional company outcomes. This role is pivotal, highly visible, and carries significant influence—offering a second-to-none opportunity to shape WeMoney's operational landscape and drive measurable impact across the business and for the members we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership Partner: Work directly with the Founder & CEO and executive team to execute strategic plans and achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
• Operational Strategist: Act as the vital operational leader, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team, guiding strategic execution, and ensuring seamless alignment across all areas of the business.
• Growth Accelerator: Implement and refine scalable operational processes and infrastructure to efficiently manage WeMoney’s rapid expansion.
• Performance Driver: Develop, track, and manage key operational metrics and performance indicators that drive accountability and business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: Oversee and streamline communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment and synergy towards shared business goals.
• Problem-Solving Expert: Quickly identify, structure, and solve complex operational challenges using clear frameworks and decisive action.
• Build Upon a Culture of Excellence: Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent, promoting accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
