About the Job
Wisr’s growth is tied closely to our deep relationships with mortgage and asset finance brokers and we are currently positioned as the leading personal loan lender in the broker channel. As a Relationship Manager, you will be a key part of the Growth team, focusing on nurturing strong relationships with current active and dominant brokers within your region.
This is an exciting time at Wisr where you will be an integral part of identifying opportunities for further growth, supporting the wider Growth team via a data-driven and strategic approach. You will also work closely with the Head of Broker on projects focused on driving re-engagement within our existing broker channel.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handle inbound calls, scenarios and emails including Slack Channels for your region
• Review inflight applications to ensure servicing and docs uploaded, with a focus on workshopping and sharing current promotions
• Assist BDMs with overflow when at events or offline
• Contact Newly Accredited brokers to understand their business needs, and coordinate an introduction to the relevant Business Development Manager
• Support State BDM’s in the management of Broker engagement, queries and scenarios
• Review, manage and optimise broker database in LAP and Broker Portal to ensure relevant data is accurate and up to date including re-engaging inactive brokers to re-establish relationships
• Analyse and manipulate data sets to draw insights regarding customer activities, identifying and communicating areas of opportunities for further business development and growth
• Work closely with the Head of Broker and wider Growth team on ongoing and ad hoc projects as needed
About you
You have had prior experience within the consumer lending industry with a passion for building and nurturing relationships. With a bright and outgoing personality, you are target driven and love to make a difference in everything that you do. You are an excellent communicator and enjoy building and nurturing your professional network.
You’ll also have/be:
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross functional and internal teams
• Excellent data hygiene, with the ability to interrogate datasets to draw insights
• Involvement in industry groups and networks, staying updated with trends and new ideas
• A functional understanding of the Australian lending landscape
• Project management and account management skills
• An inquisitive, solutions-focused mindset
