Join Zip’s Technology function, responsible for building and maintaining seamless, secure, and sustainable platforms that enable customers to shop with confidence and merchant partners to grow their brands.

As part of the Acquisition squad, you’ll own the technology that introduces new customers and merchants to the Zip ecosystem. With a focus on seamless onboarding and first-class user experiences, the team experiments with modern tech to solve complex growth challenges at pace.

What you’ll own

  • Deliver the Engineering and Product roadmap alongside a high-performing squad.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  • Provide technical solutions to reduce system complexity and maintain high performance.
  • Participate in effective code reviews and collaborate across the engineering function.
  • Proactively improve the codebase and share findings on new technologies with your peers.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proven experience with C#, .NET 8+, and modern Angular (15+).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and Agile methodologies.
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn, and grow.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks in an individual contributor role.
